One of the few guarantees in life is that accidents are going to happen. This is even more true when it comes to operating a motor vehicle. Violent head-on crash
Recently in Columbus, one driver was killed after being involved in a violent head-on collision. The accident happened during the afternoon near the intersection of Maize Road and Morse Road, just east of Interstate 71. According to accident reports, the driver of a Honda was headed west on Morse Road when they veered into the eastbound lanes at the intersection and slammed head-on into an eastbound Kia.
Authorities said the driver of the Kia was rushed to an area medical center with life-threatening injuries where, tragically, they died a short time later. The driver of the Honda was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, reports said. The accident is currently being investigated by the Columbus Police Department’s Accident Investigation Unit.
